Amalia- I like it, but I like Amelia even more.
Avonlea- Avalon is better, in my opinion.
Afton- Okay.
Acacia- I don't like this.
Alessandra- I love it! Much softer than Alexandra.
Annora / Honora- I think Honor is prettier.
Angelina- Love it, but may be too Jolie.
Athena- Gorgeous! Beautiful and mythological.

Amalia- I like this. I always say it wierd though. Like "Ah-mah-lea". Is that how it goes?
Avonlea- Not my style. But it could be cute.
Afton- I dont' really like this.
Acacia- I like this, I knew a girl in elementary school named Acacia.
Alessandra- Nice. I like this.
Annora / Honora- Pretty!
Angelina- I automatically go to Jolie.
Athena- This is my name! Ha! I love my name, so..

I adore Alessandra, it's my number one girls name.
I'm a fan of Amalia too, and Avonlea is nice but not first name material to me.
The rest are okay. Angelina is nice, but I prefer Angelika (an-jah-lee-kah)
Afton is not attractive to me at all.2O - Aries - Slytherin - Daycare Assistant Teacher

Thanks for the replies. namelover77, I drive a Toyota Avalon so it's too much of a car name for me. :/ That's a shame though because it is a great name.
aj_bear, I say Amalia like ah MAHL ee ah. I would use Mali / Molly as a nn. for it.
ashthedreamer, I like the Honora spelling better also, but I always end up grouping it with the "a" names because it has that same sound.
Alessandra doesn't seem to be over the top?
I'm disappointed that so many people immediately associate Angelina with Jolie... I wouldn't even think of that.
Thanks everyone! Keep the feed back coming!
