My favorites from your list are Amalia and Alessandra. They both sound very regal to me. I like Athena with the nn Thea, too.

lots2heart, Thanks for your reply!
kristenj15, Have you heard the poem / song "Sweet Afton?" It's the reason I begin to like Afton at all. Here's my favorite version of it.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0ysoPuT1FU
stripedsocks, Acacia is my mom's favorite as well!
Azalea is nice too. I love the way Aurora looks, but I have a bit of trouble with the two "r's"
k8d, Oh, more love for Amalia!
Thanks!
I was sure everyone would think Alessandra was too elaborate, but I'm glad to see that's not the case.Last edited by auntie_a; June 19th, 2012 at 08:55 AM.

A names are the most common letter chosen for girls first names. Being said, I'm glad your names are not trendy or too popular. I like annora (with the H best) and amalia

Thanks, karenp! I love Avonlea, but am trying to decide if I'm really brave enough to use it, or if I should just hide it in the middle. I love your kids' names!

Amalia- Pretty! Prefer Amelia or Amelie, though
Avonlea- Hm, not sure
Afton- Cute
Acacia- LOVE this!
Alessandra- Soooo pretty, perfect for a little princess
Annora / Honora- Not too keen
Angelina- Don't like it, sorry!
Athena- I don't dislike it, I just don't think it suits a little girl
Obviously, I think Amber is the nicest A name;-) (I joke, I joke)Just a name obsessed teenager!
