Sister for Iris Ophelia
Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a first name for a sister for our first girl, Iris Ophelia?
The middle name would be either Aurelia or Seraphina. We love Hazel, Willow & Freya but already taken in our family
Our boy choices are sorted: Arlo Peregrine or Caspar Peregrine.
TIA
Long time name lover...
DD - Iris Ophelia (2011)
D? - due August... Peregrine Lyons or Aurelia ?????

First of all, beautiful name on your daughter! Absolutely exquisite.
love love love the suggestion of Fern Aurelia! Fern is a long standing love of mine, but with my (soon-to-be) last name it sounds awful :'(
suggestions:
Coral Seraphina
Juniper Aurelia
Cecily Aurelia
Merigold Seraphina
Maude Seraphina
Garnet Aurelia

I adore the name of your first girl! It's just the sweetest name!
Eponine Aurelia
Cordelia Serephina
Arianna Serephina
Elsa Aurelia
Evangeline Serephina
Annalise Serephina
Apoline Aurelia
Marina Aurelia
Perdita Serephina
You could also continue from the flower/plant theme with your first girl, without making it too obvious.
Violet Aurelia
Ivy Seraphina
Bryony Serephina
Senna Aurelia
Delphine Aurelia
Calla Serephina
Leilani Aurelia
Hope this helps, and good luck with your baby when he/she arrives,
Bethan

Wow what awesome suggestions! Our last name is Forman...
I particularly love:
Wren Aurelia (or even Aurelia Wren)
Fern Aurelia - LOVE this!
Violet
Maeve
June
Calla
A couple of questions...
- Is Fern Aurelia Forman too much with f and n?
- Do you think I need to stick to short first + long middle to flow with Iris Ophelia? e.g. Wren Aurelia vs. Aurelia Wren?
Thanks so much for all your suggestions!

I'd stick with short then long, as Iris and Wren would sound better than Iris and Aurelia.
I'd also choose Aurelia as the middle name, as both Ophelia and Seraphina have the ph sound that makes them a little too matchy-matchy.
Wren and Fern are great (and I wouldn't worry about the f-n factor). I also love June and Calla
