Theodore is great with Charlotte - we're having a boy and Theodore is the front runner so far. And for a girl we have similar taste too :-)

I absolutely love Theodore nn Teddy - still trying to get my DH on board for our possible son! I also think Oliver, Noah or a more classic longer name (like Theodore), Benjamin, William, Davison (nn Dave/Davey) would work. I love Leo but not sure how I feel about the Charlotte/Leo pairing. You have a lot of wonderful options!
