    I think it is a cute name. Not sure if it is my style though. If they are all pronounced the same, I prefer the Maylie spelling. I actually was looking at the name Maella/Maelle. I was thinking of pairing it with Kensington for the nickname Kensi Mae.

    I know the Chinese version which is pronounced the same way - Mei Li. And there is a similar French name Maely/Maelys. I'm not crazy about your three spellings but if I had to choose one if would have to be Maylie.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

    I'm not sure how you are pn the name, but in Chinese, Mei Li, when using the proper tones, is a name and it means beautiful and graceful.

    I don't think there is an English version, so for pn sake, Maylee would be the better spelling or maybe May-Lee.

    Maylea = May+Leah in my opinion and
    Maylie = May+lie

    Some other options:
    Maelee
    Maely
    Mayli
    Maeli

    I like Mabry better but out of those spellings I prefer Maylee.
