For most of her life, she will not be listed with her siblings, so my thought is to use whichever you prefer on its own without considering her brothers. For me this would be Susannah, no contest. Also, it sounds like given the chance, you might not change the spelling of your older son's name again - I would consider this your chance. Susannah shares the Z sound and gets the actual Z with Zuzu (such a perfectly adorable nickname, by the way). As for your second question, I would choose Elizabeth to match the spelling of your grandmother. I don't find this inconsistent with the Susannah decision as you are still choosing Biblical names and are using their most common spelling (and all do end in H as pp noticed!).

I love this name! I prefer Susannah... soft and feminine yet classic and strong! It might be nice if your boys share a hard Z sound and the girls the strong S sound. Elisabeth and Susannah are beautiful and Elisabeth is not nearly as common as Elizabeth.

I like Suzannah over Susannah. I prefer the z sound over the s sound. If you pronounce it with the s sound regardless how you spell it then I'd say go with s. If you pronounce the z as a z then definitely go with the z.

Gwensmom- Well said. When you put it that way, I think I would have to agree with you. Susannah is how Shakespeare spelled his daughter's name after all.
Thanks so much for all the input!!

miss.kmg- I think you are right. It would be a nice way to pair them. Also, if we are going to use Jude as a middle name a Z makes the name sound a little too..harsh?
