Opinions please!! Adore Oscar but I am seriously falling in love with.....
Raphael!!!
I'm convinced this baby is a boy(we do not know the sex) All along I loved Oscar but now I am doubting my choice as its very popular here in the UK. Please advise on our other choices too & also if you could give a little description of what you imagine the little boy to be. Middle name for all is Michael.
Oscar
Raphael
Harrison(Harry)
Setanta(Irish name)
Charles(Charlie)
Thanks a million for your time xxx

LOVE Oscar! While Raphael is handsome, Oscar would impress me so much more, honestly (and Raphael is less common here, too, I believe, although I do think Oscar is a tad bit more popular there than here). Oscar Michael is so handsome, and Oscar/Oskar has a few great namesakes, like Oscar Wilde and Oskar Schindler. I would absolutely love to meet an Oscar!
My second favorite from your list would be Charles Michael, nn Charlie.
Good luck!Ashley

Oscar is my favourite. And I think you should go with your 'gut' and stick with it, as you've loved it for so long.
Goodluck!

I like Oscar and Charles best from your list. Raphael is okay - I get an image of a curly haired Italian boy when I think of it. Setanta makes me think of the sports channel (sorry!) and Harrison/Harry is fine but overused here in Australia and so it's lost it's shine for me.
Oscar has that handsome, intelligent vibe with a cheeky edge and Charles is a classic but if you were going to use Charlie I'd definitely go with Oscar. I like the mn Michael with either of those.
Good luck!

I love Raphael (I slightly prefer the spelling Rafael, but I love them both). Charles is gorgeous - handsome, masculine and classic, and I love the nn Charlie.
Oscar would be my third pick, but it's also the only one that I think goes well with Michael. That said, I would never compromise on a first name for the sake of what goes with the middle name: the first name is way more important, IMO.
I don't like Harry or Harrison. Setanta is a bit out there, and I think of the Italian word for 'seventy' (settanta, IIRC).
