I think Oskar and Greta sound the best together. And as far as middle names with Greta go, I think LaRue and Jane both sound great.

I voted Greta LaRue as I think it goes nicely with Oskar. I also like another posters suggestion of Greta Jane. I think it's a lovely way of honouring your mother without naming directly after her.
May I suggest an alternative spelling of LaRue? How about Le Roux? It is a French Huguenot surname still very common in South Africa. I like Elka a lot, but think it is actually too similar to Oskar to use together? Alternative pronunciations/spellings I know of are Elke & Ilke.
For some reason when I see Mabel, I pr. it as MAYbil which I don't like. But if I see it spelt like Maybelle then I pr. it mayBELL which I think is really lovely! Which do you prefer?
I'm afraid Veda is nms, sorry.

    I would ADORE Greta Jane!!
I also think that Greta Mabel would be very pretty and sweet. Veda is a very interesting and pretty name too. The only one I'm not fond of if Elka, but it's not terrible.
