Greta - love! It's so vintage and sweet. Greta Mathilde, maybe?
Freya - intriguing. I don't love it but lots of others do. Freya Matilda is just perfection, imo.
Harper - love this! I know it's SO trendy and it's going to be overdone so fast, but I still love it and its literary ties. I really love Harper Matilda or Harper Willa (or even Willa Harper)!
Gretchen - Gretchen Matilda is adorable! And you could use Greta as a nn if you like.
Karen - this feels extremely dated to me, but it could be that it's just because it's my mom's name. I like Karen Matilda more than Karen Wilhelmina/Karen Willa/Karen Mina.
Lucy - I don't love Lucy, but both Lucy Matilda and Lucy Wilhelmina are precious!
Aoife - I quite like Aoife. I really like the idea of Aoife Matilda or Aoife Mathilde.
Esme - absolutely adore Esme, and Esme Matilda is charming!

Esme Matilda, Harper Matilda, and Greta Matilda would be my favorites!

I prefer Greta as a nn for Gretchen.
Freya - At first, I didin't like this name. But started to LOVE it since I know the meaning and the myth connection.
Harper - Like it.
Gretchen - Means pearl, right? I heard this name on film and automatically love it. It's cute.
Karen - always love Karen.
Lucy - Never been my favourite but I always like Lucy. Love the latin and Spanish variation: Lux and Luz.
Aoife (eefa) - Unique and pretty.
Esme - Sounds sweet and soft. Like it a lot, but I have to admit that it always remind me to twilight movie.
