Micaelyn?

I like the name Caelyn. My son's name is Micah so i was thinking Micaelyn is similiar but not too matchy. Mikayla is too common for me.

Thoughts? any other ideas starting with M??

Kind of like Milayah or Mileah.

all in all something not too common. but nothing crazy either. I like normal names with a little twist.

I like Micaelyn I think it's pretty and unique but not too out there. Some other 'm' names for some suggestions.

I really, really dislike Micaelyn, sorry. And my cousin has a baby named Makailyn (same pronunciation) which I still really dislike. I still think it's too close to Micah also.

How about Malia? It's pronounced like Muh-lee-uh which is how I imagine you're pronouncing Mileah.

I love Micah! But I really, really dislike Micaelyn. I don't think that you need to go matchy-matchy. Personally, my real name matches with my siblings' names and I've always really hated it.

I much prefer Micah and Caelyn over Micah and Micaelyn.

For whatever it's worth, I would dislike Micaelyn even if you didn't already have a son named Micah. I think that Micaelyn will sound very dated when she's older. Caelyn will sound somewhat less so.

Micah is good but Micaelyn is def matchy matchy with it to me. I think since your name is Caelyn, you could do a name more similar to yours than to your child's for her, like maybe Kenley or Cate. Or you could go the lyn route. There are many but the only one coming to me off the top of my head is Madelyn. That fits the m criteria too, but may be too popular for you. What about Magdalen? Maybe getting too out there but I actually think Micah and Magdalen are kind of cute.
Sorry, I just realized your name isn't Caelyn, you just like it! In that case, I will say I much prefer Caelyn to Micaelyn!
