Husbands new suggestions

As you might know we are having some troubles with boys names. Nothing feels 100% right, and if it does my husband and I vetoes each others suggestions.

But today Evan came up with some suggestions I actually like, especially one of them. So what about these names? How do they sound with older brother Max? Our surname is long and start with C.

Canaan
Linus
Phelan
Viggo


And while we're on it, do you guys think Milo is too much with Max?

The only one that feels like it goes with Max is Linus, but it makes me think of the Peanuts character.

Now Milo on the other hand--that would work nicely with Max.

I personally love Milo but it might be too similar to Max. If you don't care if they start with the same letter I think its nice

I agree with frustratedauthor that Max and Viggo sound great together! Max and Milo sound good, too, if you like the matching first letter. They are different enough from one another to be distinguishable, but both have a laid-back feel.

I'm a BIG fan of Linus, that's my favourite by far.... I also like Milo and think it would be fine (actually, very good) with Max. Oooh, you have great names!

I don't think Max and Milo are too similar. They only start with the same sound, otherwise, all the sounds and syllables are different.

Of the other names, the only one I think sounds fine with Max is Viggo. I LOVE Viggo! ^_^

Milo would be great with Max! My sis and I both start with a hard C sound, but that is the only similarity, just as it would be with your boys!

I love Linus with Max. How about Max & Noah or Max & Emerson?
