What Would You Name This Character?......

I surf around a lot at hairstyle sites, etc to find interesting looks for my characters...I find if I have an image I can create the character better. I've decided one of my 'nameless' witches looks like this: http://trendyshorthaircuts.com/emo-h...mo-hairstyles/.

Based on the image, what should I name her?

I see a Simone, Pilar, or Christina.

I think Simone fits. I see quiet but spunky and I feel like S names are in line with what I see in the pic. You said witch so automatically I think Seraphina (as in HDM) too. If she's more light hearted, I think Phoebe (or Pilar) would fit well.

Other ideas: Stella, Sylvia, Sonora, Soleil, Sonja, Seneca, Serena, Sapphire

Maybe even some T's: Tara, Teagan

Thanks for posting. I know when the word witch comes into play, odd names (for lack of a better word) come into play, at least they do in most books that have the supernatural theme. However, my witches are different. LOL. The witches in my story don't know they are witches until the reach a certain age...it depends on if it's in their blood line or not.....so they are just normal everyday jane and john does with regular common names. If that makes any sense.

Simone fits the girl in the picture to a T. It's edgy without sounding forced, and I like the lack of hard consonants. Good luck finding the perfect name!
