Beautiful names please!!!
This is my first child and I just found out its a girl. I just want some opinions. Name the first name you can thing of that is Girly, but makes you think beautiful and elegant, yet still unique. I want something that will age well but isn't too common.
I like Angelina Nevaeh she would be my angel from heaven (but everyone's first thought is Angelina Jolie)
I'm pretty sure I'm going to use Kathleen as her middle name (my middle name, my mothers first name)
I also like Braelynn, Kaylen, Lillian, Raelyn,Miley, Jade, Jaelyn, Abrianna.
Her Older half sister from her father is Emily Marie.
Your help is much appreciated!

I don't think that everyone would immediately think of Angelina Jolie, and even if they did, why should one person get to ruin a name for everyone else. If you're really sure, you could use Angela, Angelica, Angeline, or Angelique. Please, I beg you, do not use Nevaeh! Not even as a middle name. These names also mean something like Heaven Noelani, Nelani, Eden, Nirvana, Celeste/Celestia/Celestine/Celia.
I think these names are kind of beautiful:
Arabella
Fiona
Gemma
Flora
Celia
Eliza
Cecilia
Aurelia
Amelia
Seraphina
Antonia
Tatiana
Carolina
Liliana
Valentina
Violet
Natalia/Natalie
Lilac
Claire
Callista

Lilia Kathleen was the first name to come to mind. Has a loosely translated meaning of 'pure lily'. Other ideas:
Sadie Kathleen - Sadie means princess so there's not a lot that's more girly than that
Violet Kathleen
Haven Kathleen
Isla Kathleen
Lila Kathleen
Delilah Kathleen
Juliet Kathleen
Ivy Kathleen
Elena Kathleen
Vivienne Kathleen
Willa Kathleen
Ruby KathleenGirls: Lucy, Nora, Ivy, Mae, Willow, Rose, Nessa
Boys: Felix, Philip, Owen, Flynn, Dexter, Henry, Rory, Finlay

Beautiful Names
Congratulations! These are some of my thoughts:
Angelina is lovely and works with Kathleen, but so does Angelica which is not quite so popular and is also an herbal/botanical name.
Miley - try Maile , which is pronounced the same way. It is a popular name in Hawaii, where it refers to a flowering vine.
Seraphina Kathleen would be lovely and have an angelic meaning.
Sarafina , also.
You like names that end in -lyn. I like Jillian or the Irish name Ashlyn. (The Irish spellings are Aislinn or Aisling , but the pronunciation is the same.)
Others in rough order of current popularity:
Genevieve
Gabriela
Alexandra
Vanessa
Laura
Naomi
Annika
June
Cecilia
Helena
Joanna
Alanna
Miranda
Willow
Skylar
Felicity
Elena or Elaina
These names are not in the Top 1000:
Seraphina
Sarafina
Kerensa
Susanna
Verena
Verity
Darcy or Darcey or Darcie
Christabel
Lark

I find most of the names you like aren't at all my style, very trendy and made up sounding!
Lillian and Jade are both nice enough names, I actually quite like Lillian but hate how popular Lily is. How about Lilah, Leila, Lola or Lillia?
Lila Kathleen, Lillia Kathleen or Leila Kathleen would be pretty. Liliana Kathleen would work nicely as well.
Please don't use Nevaeh, one of the most hated names there is!
Orla Kathleen
Esme Kathleen
Freya Kathleen
Poppy Kathleen
Daisy Kathleen
Eva Kathleen

Beautiful Names:
If your looking for a name that goes well with Kathleen as a middle name, here are some:
Jeanne Kathleen - The french form of "Jean" with a variation of Kathleen. You could call her "Jeannie" for short and would sound catchy with Emily (and has a nice rhyme).
Vera Kathleen - Vera means "faith; truth" in Latin. When put with Kathleen, it makes a very elegant combo.
Dahlia Kathleen - "Daw-lia" is a flower name. A little flower with Emily would be cute!
Isadora Kathleen - A lovely ancient name and "Izzy" would go good with Emily.
Lyra Kathleen - A star constellation name. Emily and Lyra...hmmm...has a ring to it.
Abigail Kathleen - "Abby" for short if you choose. A very pretty name.
Roxanna Kathleen - Roxanna means "little star" and is lovely with Emily as "Roxy" if you choose.
