I'm going to be on the more extreme end and say that I don't want it to be in the top 1000 for the SSA list. I do like many names in the top 1000, but I wouldn't use them as first names.

Neve (the Irish spelling is Niamh) means "bright", not snow. And Solveig means "sun" and "strength". Solveig is my middle name, and I adore it.
