I also voted "other" for Rosalind. It is beautiful and it is meaningful to you.
I voted for Hugo nn "Huey", but I much prefer Hugh nn "Huey" (especially with Gus).
I think that it would be cute to use your own name Ottilie as one of the middles!
My vote is Fiammetta Ottilie Oona.

After reading through, my favorite name considered is actually the underdog family name Polina (nickname Polly?). I think that with the right middle name, it could be exactly what you're looking for....
Either Gideon or Gulliver would be cute!
Love food names!
My favorite is Bergamot (girl).
*Olivia Calais ("cal-aye" town in northern france) -- my favorite
Olivia Ciel ("si-elle" means sky in fr)
I am in the definite minority... but I think that Hepzibah is a really fantastic name.
Eppie is also a nn for Euphemia.

I think it would sound fresh to have one classic like John, to contrast with Endymion. Sort of like the light and dark of chiaroscuro in painting.
Endymion John Wilder
