I like Octavia. Ophelia would also be nice.
If you're looking for names for a 200 year old witch then some common (and stately) names in the 1800s were...
Augusta, Cornelia, Katherine, Blanche...
Here are some ideas...
Vera - means faith, Russian origin (since Anya is a russian name)
Liesl - has the same feel as Juliette for me, German origin (since Zelda is German)
Edana - means fire...
Inaya has Arabic origin. Since they're sister I think it makes sense for the names to have the same cultural backgrounds.
Other ideas are Samira, Sahara, Anisa and Tahira.

Louise, Frances, Florence, Blanche
I like both Presley and Teegan. I think Teegan is a better fit with your other children's names. Paxton and Presley are both surnames that start with P so you'd be leaving once child out of the...
You took the words right out of my mouth. I'm always struggling between the modern names and vintage sounding ones... and then of course keeping my husband happy too.
I personally really like it...

Oakley goes well with Arrow but I don't LOVE it. I really like Ottilie a lot and Kit as well.
You could use either Becket or Cricket as the full name and Kit as the nick name if you wanted. ...
Lorelei is beautiful and not trashy at all. I understand wanting to make family happy but if you really love the name, do not let her comments deter you.

I actually prefer all the names you crossed off your list (SORRY!) to Phaedra and Adria. All three of the names on your list of eliminated names are wearable AND uncommon - for me that's such a...

Your daughters have such beautiful names. I like how Scarlet and Madeline are both so feminine without being cutsey. Here are some more suggestions along the same lines...
Scarlet, Madeline & .......
Either choice is absolutely beautiful.
Based on the flow of the name itself Ella is the winner, but since you love Elliott so much I'd go for that one if I were you :)

I like the idea of sticking with a name with a more unisex feel since I prefer it when sibling names go well together.
Here are names that I really like, some of them are repeats from ones...
I like your naming style. It feels so fresh :)
Of your list I really like Lilac and Clementine. I agree that Clementine is trendy, but I can't help but love it.
The name I dislike the most is...
What a wonderful name and beautiful addition to your already gorgeous sibling set!

Love Alice Kate and Audrey Grace
I love the name Zoe.
It feels fresh and modern but still sweet... that's hard to find in a name!
It's also a nice break from all the clunky names that I see people discussing on here (Edith...

I also think Dulce is adorable but would save it for a middle.

I 100% agree with all of the above points... 3 word names in a row is just too much!
I would name my daughter Claire Annabel, but our last name starts with N and I don't care for initials that spell words.
Louisa Clementine.... such a sweet name. If I met a little girl with the name it would just melt my heart,
Sorry, but just leave this as a guilty pleasure name - never to be used name or nick name - regardless of the spelling.
