This was a tough one, but Vivienne won out in the end because of its sophistication. I love Honor as well, but I think it's better suited for the middle name spot than as a first name.
Best of luck!
Eve Katarina is hands down my favorite! Very spunky!
I voted for Cora even though Beth wasn't my ideal pairing with it. Cora Elizabeth is lovely and Cora Beth can be used as a nickname. Cora Mae is so sweet too!
Mae Sophia is stunning and very, very sweet!
Between Mae Louise and Mae Lousia, I prefer Mae Louisa because the extra syllable makes the name feel more complete to me.
I voted for Spencer Phineas, but Spencer Conrad was my runner up.

I absolutely love Lyra and I seriously doubt any kid would make fun of it. The music connection is just perfect, definetly use it!

I think all of the names you picked fit each other. The only thing that I would personally change is the mother from Virginia. I just personally think the spelling Mae looks better and fits better...

Haha I thought about Princess Bride when I was typing out those names but decided to leave them anyways. The Princess Bride was my reguired reading this past summer for my English class.

Oh, so many characters, I've been writing since I was at least six or seven and I only remember a handful. The first character I remember comming up with was either Sara B. Berry or Sally B. Berry (I...
I guess the topic wasn't interesting to others, but I'm thankful for this one response. These were great suggestions, expecially Magdalena nn Maggie; exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for...
What are some names that sound a little more "magical" than the average name? I'm writing a story about some outcast witches/wizards and I'm looking for names that can blend in with the names of...
I voted for Felicity because it's spunky and feminine and it has such a lovely meaning. Phoebe is nice, but it doesn't have the same "wow" factor as Felicity does.
I don't think it's crazy. I know 2 Jennifers who are 15 and a Kelly who is also 15, so I think Kelly is fine.
This is one name that's classified as unisex, but to me it has a feminine feel and look. I like it!
If it's a retelling, you could always just stick with Jazz instead of Jasmine. I've read some retellings of classics, and they generally keep the same name of the main character. I think Jazz is a...
I prefer the spelling Brynn. It looks more "complete" to me than Bryn, and Brynne looks a like too much and that you're trying to be trendy.
