I would say Brinna as well. My friend's daughter is Brynn (brinn) so I would automatically say it that way.
I knew a Leila and she pronounced it Lay-la so that's what I think first and formost when I see it.
I'd also pronouce Layla the same of course. Lila for Lye-la and Leela is self-explanatory.
