Lars is fantastic! I dont think the two s's will be much of a problem, but Lars really does spund like the best option for you. Emery and Charlie are just a little lackluster next to Lars, which...

I think Soren and Leland would be perfect names for a little brother to Felix! Soren August and Leland Oscar are both fantastic!
I love literary names, partly because I love books so much and the kind of honor names that I would use would be using character names to honor authors. Tamara Pierce is one of my favorite authors...
Cluadine is gorgeous! Both middles are really nice too, but I think I'm leaning towards Brid just a tad though. But whatever you decide will be lovely.
1. Keladry (nn Kel, I've never cared much for Kelsey and Tamora Pierce's character Keladry is fantastic)

Paloma Cemre and Vivenne Leala are both gorgeous and sound great together! And they are just lovely with Mateo and Eloisa. I also like Amalie, but Paloma and Vivenne excite me a bit more.
My first thought I'd King Arthur, since both names have ties to Arthurian legend. I don't see Emrys as feminine at all, I find it to be much stronger than Tristan, but both give off a magical feeling...

I absolutely love Zelda Marisol Pansy! But I'm not sure how much Rose and Zelda go together as a subset (if that matters to you at all, I know it doesn't for some people). I think Vera Marisol Pansy...

I love your daughters name (and your taste in names in general, they all sound lovely)! It's hard to choose favorites at all from your list, but with Cornelia I'm really liking...
I've seen a few young girls with the name Evelyn, in elementary schools, and none of them have gone by any nicknames.
I know two little girls named Sophia, and both of them go by Sophie instead. To me they feel about even, possibly leaning towards Sophia just a little bit more because I like the option of going by...
I don't think that Leona sounds dated at all, in fact I think it sounds great with Evan! If you both like Leona, it might just be the one, but if you still want other options what about..
Elowen Saoirse is gorgeous! I much prefer Freya with Elowen (and in general, Aria just sounds a little bland next to the beautiful Freya), it sounds magical and queenly (which I find very similar to...

I love Angus! What about:
I don't think that Zelda and Matilda sound too much alike, the endings aren't that noticeable. Personally, I love them and think they make great sibling names! Zelda Aurelia wuld be perfection,...

I love Silas with Amelia! Other ideas though could be...

That is actually the last name of one of my college professors, and none of the students could ever say her name right. It was pronounced like Rice, but no one was really that great at figuring it...
Briar, Albert, and Oberon are definitely the best! Oberon Briar would be a nice name.

Gigi is such a great nickname! Evangeline Joy for sure! Evangeline is simply gorgeous on it's own anyway, and Gigi just makes it even more fantastic.

Beatrice fits perfectly with your other children, and it's absolutely gorgeous with lots of cute nickname options! Annabel is fine, just a little too cutesy for me (pretty much any -bell name fits in...
