I like Elizabeth better as a name but Skylar goes better with Stefani.
You could use Annabel or Arabelle and shorten it to Belle as a NN. (Isabel/Isabelle is overpopular, imo).
Belle Marguerite sounds lovely, sophisticated, and charmingly French. I like it.
Lia is short, sweet, simple. It looks good on paper and has a more original, modern feel than Leah or Lea. Inez is all right, though I lean towards softer and more interesting Ines spelling. Sophie...
I would say go for Adeline!

Blair Rosalie is my favorite from your list. I saw the title and the first thing that popped into my head was Blair Rosalia!
Cierra Faye flows the best!
Cierra Raven (not exactly [I]classy[I], I know, but I couldn't resist)
Cierra Magdalen/Magdelene (sounds perfect! And it...

1. Absolutely! I'm named after my great grandmother like this: her name was Chana, which means "grace" in Hebrew, so my middle name is Grace. If that's not a stretch, Norah isn't. I know others named...

Honestly the flow is a little...off. The names sort of clash. I like Kate a lot, but the other two just don't belong together.
I really like Josephine and Dahlia!
Juliette is nice but I personally like Juliet better. NN Jette is lovely!

Ramona Violet is divine! It's so pretty. I don't think it's too celebrity-ish at all.
Suggestions: Alice, Beatrice, Cora, Eleanora, Eulalie, Josephine, Lillian, Louisa, Lula, May, Winifred (Winnie)
Out of your list my favorite is Clara (though I understand you concern).

A lot of the prettier "old-fashioned" names are making a comeback, and are now considered to be elegant, sophisticated choices: Alice, Clara, Eulalie, Theodora, etc. Beatrice is not even that "out...
Margot is a nice compromise between the two. It also looks nicest to me - not Americanized like Margo, nor too French and trying too hard like Margaux.
My favorites are definitely Ivy, Elle, Elisa, and Aya.
