I personally don't like the name Pike at all it reminds me of the Pike River Mine disaster that happened in here New Zealand in 2010 where 29 miners died in a mine explosion.
For me it would easily have to be Micah. Kai isn't really a name to me as it means food in Maori where I live in NZ.
