We are not having multiples or twins or anything. We didn't mean to pick 4 names that all ended in L, they were just the only 4 names we agree on.

I like the look of Mirabel better. I think given that Mirabel is latin it probably came first and then the french spelling. But either spelling is beautiful and pairs well with Adeline.
