I'm going to be very blunt because I think you need to hear it. I'm not against age gaps in principle but I feel to fiercely protective over other teenage girls.
An adult man aggressively...

Anya gets my vote!
I've known a handful of Anyas and they've all been lovely and intriguingly complex people.

This is very much my 'problem' when it comes to the names I love, also!
There have been loads of lovely suggestions so I won't throw any more at you, except I heard this recently and fell in love;...

Thank you all! It's very very late so forgive me for a short reply.
Haley - remind me to get back to you about Nowhere Boy!
Amber, I haven't forgotten to respond to your message (from a good...

I'm all for this in principal but in practice it's not so simple unfortunately. Have a look through those links above - you have to remember the centuries of historical context when we discuss...

Everly Maple - Everly isn't me at all so I've always been a bit dismissive, but in reality I have nothing against it and the sound is quite pretty. I really like how it feels paired with Maple. ...
I adore every single name on here. Even if they aren't my taste, the enthusiasm and love behind them is the most beautiful, relatable thing. With every name I picture a beloved little baby girl and I...

Just a quick update since I haven't been around here much recently. I wanted to get a few things off my chest whilst I have the time & energy!
The good news is that I'm in a great situation right...

I like both names a lot but I admittedly find it a bit bland as a combination.

Matilda Jocelyn would be beautiful! I have a little cousin Jocelyn and I think it's lovely.

Ah, thank you!
I haven't been on NB much lately at all, so I'm overwhelmed by so many lovely combos. I'll have to make a comprehensive list and get back to you all :)

I think that because you seem unconvinced by Evangeline (and that Evie is so similar to Vivi) you should rule it out and decide between Carina and Celia.
My personal favourite of the two is...
I love Ernest. I think it might be in the top 300 in the UK (along with brothers Albert, Wilfred, insert-other-lovely-old-man-name) so it could absolutely work for a little boy.
I like the idea...
ahah yes! My mum cares for young children and every time she gets an inquiry I'm there like ''WHAT IS THEIR NAME!?'. Lol I'm always quizzing the kids about their school friends' too.

Really great! Finnegan brings out Rosemary's Irish background which is a subtle thing I love most about her actually.
Rose & Finn are nice together but Rosie & Finn are fantastic (even the Rosie &...

I voted for two, Jane & Arthur as well as Tobias & Adelaide.
I think they're all really wonderful pairing though.
Watch the film Ghost World for a teenage-Enid who pulls it off seamlessly (spoiler, it's got nothing to do with ghosts haha)
I also adore Enid. My biggest issue is the opposite to yours actually -...
I'm Olivia, currently living in Liverpool. I'm eighteen and I've been around here since 2011, I think (perhaps earlier idk). Anyway, when I get round to having children in the future I hope to still...

Very intriguing and unexpected list!
Blythe Vada - gorgeous. I find Veda quite inappropriate for a non-Hindi child but Vada is a brilliant alternative. I really like Blythe.
Felicity Juno - a...

I think it's beautiful.
I love Caspian for a boy and I'm 100% for this kind of feminisation (Emmanuelle, Raphaelle, Marcelle).
I'm in the UK where lots of Nameberry favourites are very popular and/or have been well-used in the past decade or more. For example NB favourites Alice/Daisy/Imogen/Phoebe/Freya/Isla/Charlotte/Esme...

greg-OR sounds a bit silly / pretentious (said by English speakers) and I don't like the heavy emphasis on the R sound especially in a Canadian accent which uses the R sound heavily...

sorry double post!
You come across as more self assured than you probably think you are. Not afraid to stand out, you perhaps even like to. You value individuality and your list is a great mix of traditional and very...
