Thanks for all the responses! I will share my original list with my husband and a new little list compiled from this thread. :)
Right now I am in love with the combination Elisabeth Evangeline. I...

So my husband finally gave me a short list of girls names he likes. His taste is a lot more classic/traditional than mine, but thankfully I don't dislike any of his names. I am...
Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the help so far. I'm having trouble pinning down my own style to be honest so I'm open to considering all sorts of options. I am drawn to nature names as well as more exotic/international...
I'm really loving the name Freja/Freya at the moment, however still undecided on the spelling. I'm leaning towards Freya at the moment.
Any middle name suggestions?
Thanks for any help!
My opinion about K vs. C seems to vary tremendously. I prefer Catherine to Katherine, but Kate to Cate. I might just leave the spelling decision up to my husband since I can't seem to decide. My...
We'd be raising them with English, German, Indonesian and Chinese.
To be completely honest, I was pronouncing them the same way - like Kye-uh, mainly because I see the "ai" combination to be...
I love the spelling Caia, but I feel like in German Kaia is probably more intuitive to spell. It just feels a bit too trendy for my taste though.
I'm finding myself really drawn to the name Caia at the moment. I love that it's short and strong. I also think it's a nice name that would work well in a variety of language and places. This last...
Cosima is one of my favorite girls names and I am really struggling to come up with boys names to match.
A few I like:
I'm probably biased, because I hate my names, but I definitely wouldn't do this. I have a super popular gir's name as first name and a super popular boy's name for a middle name. I seriously wonder...
What about Xanthe? It starts with an "x", but the pronunciation with with a "z". Along that same line, I also really like Xenia.
For other Z names I really like: Zola, Zora and Zelda

I am having the hardest time with this issue right now. I need a name that works primarily in German and English, but also makes at least some sense in Malay and Chinese as well. There are so many...
I love Luna.
A few of these I had actually never considered before. I really love:
Cosima Colette - was unsure about the allieration, but I think it flows beautifully
Cosima Rose - super popular...
I'm in need of some good middle name suggestions. So far I have:
Personally I love the name, but mainly because of language issues I prefer Ottilia "O-till-ia". It's actually right at the top of my list at the moment.
Cosima is actually on my list as well and I think nature names work really well in the middle.
Combinations I love:
FYI, this isn't a name for her daughter, but for herself. It's common in Chinese speaking countries to choose an English name to be used socially and for work.
Honestly, when I first read this I thought you had misspelled Alexandra. If you like the name, but think it's too common or boring what about Alexandria or Alessandra?
Ottilia is a variation on Ottilie. I just prefer that spelling and pronunciation better.
I would pronounce Hana as Hah-nah.
If I'm being completely honest, I've never heard of...
I would love some comments on my short list of girl names. Any other names in a similar style that I've missed?
Thanks for the input. I really do like Klaas. At this point I'm probably leaning towards using it as a middle name rather than a first.
My husband is German and has a rather old man name himself...
I find myself loving the name Klaus at the moment, but I'm not sure how wearable it is on a little boy today. Or is it better to use Klaus as a nickname for Nicholas.
We are a bi-lingual family...
I'm also originally from the South and grew up with the tradition, but at least in my family it manifested mainly for girls to carry a maiden name as their middle name, although there are a couple...
