We are finishing up our chicken coop and I promised my older daughter that age could name the chickens when we get them.
Send me your suggestions for chicken names! Mostly hens but a couple of...
Miss Halle Regina was born Friday July 12th at 5:35pm weighing 7lbs 13oz, 21" long.
She is a happy, healthy, sleepy girl! We are both doing well and Lucia is ecstatic to be a big sister.

Twin girls in my daughters class are named London and Vail and it feels incredibly tacky to me.
I think Audrey is a beautiful name! Also, I know he balked at Charlotte, but would calling her...
Nameberry only lists Halle as a diminutive of Harold, but other sites claim her meaning as "Heroine".
I consider nameberry a trusted source... Are the other sites wrong?
Yes she is Loo-sha... So I feel like Cassia is either too matchy with the sh sound, or confusing. :)
I love all four on the list so we have some good choices once we see her!

Yes Hal-lee, rhymes with Allie.
Which do you prefer and why?
Halle, Hallie or Halley?

I like the idea of something with a different sound from both of her sisters but a style that coordinates.

Well with the passing of time several of what we thought were the top four have fallen off the list and have been replaced.
I have let go of my concern about a name ending in i-y sound (kind...
Thanks for your thoughts. Middle names are family names and locked in at Lee or Jane.
I have loved the nn Remi since we were thinking of names for our first daughter. Still struggling to feel like we have "the one" I keep getting drawn back to Remi but I would DEFINITELY want a more...
Sorry, but to me this sounds like a misspelling of Corina.

I would vote for Astrid which has a similar sound and a strong history.
I love it but do understand that it is more typically Indian. Do you like Petra??
