Orla is one of my favourites, but I prefer the Orlaith spelling. I'd love to meet a little Orla.
Orla Mary is lovely, classic but fresh too.

I like Ella and Ruby but I'm not keen on Hope. I like the four letter theme you have going, so Penelope would be out for me, perhaps use it as a middle.

I think Rosalie being a sorta minor character in comparison to Edward/Bella/Jacob means that the name doesn't really have that association, and also, Twilight is losing its popularity quite rapidly...

My favourites are Sebastian and Sidney. If she wants to go for a similar 'Su' sound there's Sunny/Sonny (I prefer the latter spelling).
