I'm not quite sure how this would be pronounced but to me it sounds too close to ignoramus and I think nicknames will also be easily made fun of...Its horrible but you really have to think of things...
Ronan Shea sounds the best

I agree. It's close enough that I think its cute for sibling names but not so close that they will get confused if you call for them

YES- Orion (different as a name but still easily recognized and heard of)

I have always heard 3-4 years difference is perfect. They are old enough to pretty much understand what's going on without getting too jealous of the baby but young enough that they will have things...
I bought a book called "how to choose the sex of your baby" it was VERY informative about how to get pregnant, recommend.

As far as trying to keep babies healthy, I read something about keeping the baby away from as many public places until around 4-6 weeks...so you may want to wait until then

We say "Baby X"
For a few reasons, X as in unnamed, unknown
and we are hoping for a boy and his name starts with an X, so its a little wishful thinking as well
