From your boy's list, I like Hugo Darroch best. I think the first name and middle name go really well together. As for girls, Eva is very pretty. I have a few suggestions also, here it goes:

Oops, I didn't realize there was a different pronunciation for Scarlet and Scarlett. I still like the spelling of Scarlet better. And Scarlet Grace and Pierson Gabriel.

I personally don't think I would name my child with an alliteration name. It sounds okay in some cases, but most are too much for me. That's just my opinion.
