Harrison Edward (swoon)
Isabelle Elizabeth Elsie (love all these names, just not together)
I like Ellis, but not with Tobias. I prefer Tobias Levi.
Are you open to having two middles? Tobias Levi Ellis would break up the 's' sound a little bit, depending on the last name.
At the end...

I absolutely love Snow as a middle!
Not sure what style of girls names you like, so here are just some various ones that I think sound lovely with Snow.

I think it's pretty evenly divided. I know a couple girls with the name as well as a couple boys.
Of the three you listed though I think I actually like Duncan the best.

Noel - I've usually heard it pronounced as 'Nole' when it's a boy and 'No-elle' when it's a girl but it's probably more a question of preference. I like it for either gender.

I agree that 3 syllables sounds the best with Charlotte. Here are my suggestions - sorry for any that might be repeats!

All three are gorgeous and I can picture them all on a beautiful little girl! Isla Primrose is my favorite though, for sure. Olive Magnolia is probably second, but honestly all 3 really are beautiful.

Love Juno, not crazy about Arianwen. I think Arianwen sounds strangely out of place next to Juno. Rhoswen works much better I think, so that one gets my vote!

Maybe if I actually met a boy with the name I could eventually get past that association, but for now that's all I can think of. Cas/Cass would be a nice...
