I've always pronounced it ohn-ika. I went to school with a girl who spelt her name Anika. Taking "Ann" out might reduce the amount of people using that pronunciation.

I really prefer Cadmar with the other two names you have listed. And I'm not sure just by looking at Cadell if it would be pronounced with a soft or strong 'a' sound.
I like my sibset, Erin and Phillip. I think they both go well together because they are both family names!
I would assume that Larkin is a female. The only experience I have with the name is a character in the musical, Once Upon a Mattress, and that is Lady Larkin.
I think Zane is the best spelling!
