I voted Naomi Hope. It flows very nicely and is meaningful, next choices would be Naomi Eve and Naomi Catherine. :)
Juni is June in my native language. It's cute but I prefer Juno or Junia.
I always like Neva. I think it sounds great with your other kids name and while Seraphina is lovely, it's definitely close to Savannah.
I personally prefer Thalia, but I think Talia is a better option for your preferred pronunciation.
