I really love the idea of naming him Thomas and calling him Tuck. I think that's just adorable and he'll have a more classic name to go by when he's older if he chooses.

I love nicknames but wouldn't pick a name just to use its nickname. It's weird though because pretty much all of the names on our list don't have nicknames and I'm left wondering what we're gonna...
I'm getting married next year so I've been deciding on wedding songs too :)
Here's what we're using:

Fire: Ember, Blaire, Ashe, Bridgid/Bridgette, Conley, Blaise, Kalama, Phoenix, Reese, McKenna, Pele. Names I think of being fiery but don't exactly mean fire: Valentina, Fiona, Faye,...

I know a basil in real life and he's always pronounced it bazz-uhl so it's not really confusing. You might have to correct people every now and then but they'll get it soon enough.
Thanks so much! I'm surprised by your favorites from the list, ours are Colette and Jack. I don't really like River either but I have been trying to find something that works with Justin in the...
Say: Emily is my name too!! Great taste ;)
Think: Very classic names but pretty popular, I still love them though!
We got the whole gang here, meet Colette, Jack, Alice, Felix, Leo and Mabel.
Colette Kristine - I just have a serious love for the name Colette. It's the first girls name that I completely fell for and even my fiancee is obsessed with it. Before I was into naming, since I was...

Any other thoughts on what y'all imagine a little Colette, Mabel,...
@faithnamer: oh my god I never realized that Evanna and Ivanna were the same name. I think I pronounce them differently though. Like Evanna is Ee-van-uh and Ivanna is Ih-vaughn-na. I don't know if...

My favorite for you is Valentina!! But I also like Rosalind and Beatrice is just a perfect classic. The only ones I really don't like are the F names and Vivienne. Vivienne just makes me think of a...
I would cut Ava/Avery because they're both really popular. I'd also cut Elise because it's too close to Ella for me. I'd choose Aubrey Elise definitely. I think Aubrey is such a pretty name but I'm...
Thanks guys! I'm so glad my list is getting positive vibes :)

Just gathering my lists and changing some things. I was hoping for some opinions on my list. What kinda style does it say to you? Images? Any suggestions? Whatever really, just thoughts...
LOVE LOVE LOVE this name. It's adorable and kinda fun to say.
I am kinda bias because I hate unisex names in general but this isn't even unisex, it's all masculine. If you really love it, then it's your child but think about how they might feel growing up with...
Jacqueline Winter definitely!!

John and Oliver are both nice names but together I immediately thought of John Oliver from the daily show. I don't know if you're from the states or not but it just kinda turned me off of it. I love...

My best friend was born on Christmas and although it does kinda suck because she doesn't get as much attention on her birthday, it's still a cool fact about her. Usually she'll get a couple extra...

I love love love Leo, in fact I've always envisioned having a little Leo of my own so he said he won't count it...
I love love love the nn Percy but I think I would go with Percival instead of Perseus. It seems more in reach for an actual child rather than the greek hero. I still would swoon if I heard of a baby...
