I know one Isla, she is almost 2. I would be concerned about pronunciation issues, but if you love it enough you should be able to get past that.
Derek is one of my recent favorites!
I love Rowan Annabelle. Annabelle seems like a perfect middle to up the femininity of Rowan.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of these names! I would pick Miles or Oliver, but really all of them are great.

You can't go wrong with either. I do agree with pp about the double I's of Isaac and Ian. That's totally a personal preference thing tho.
