I prefer Charlotte Maple, because it just sounds so warm and inviting. Charlotte Winter has more of a crispness to it, but I still think it's a lovely option.
I have been intrigued by the name Davina lately too, thanks to The Originals! I think it's a spunky name that's not common, but still familiar sounding. If I ever had a little Davina, I'd probably...

My suggestion would be January, if you are open to something a little more modern. I think Vera January is very sweet!
I like Vera Jean or Vera Janelle the best from your list.

I honestly think of vector when I hear it, which reminds me of infectious disease. I just can't get past that association unfortunately.

I voted for Maple Aurora, as I find the other two make it too "wordy" and not enough name.

I think Maude is quite sweet, but for other suggestions:
Geneva Elizabeth Willa & Cordelia Lavender Jane
Annabel Etta Mae
Livia Harper Sage
Aurora Catherine Scout
Matilda Carys Lane, Charlotte Riley June, Josephine Lilac Maeve
Willow Vivienne Dove...
My personal favourite is Leander - it means "lion of a man", and has a similiar sound to Alexander. It may not be as straight forward as Leopold or Leonardo, but I think its fabulous.

Gia is too short next to your other girls, but I think Giovanna with the nickname Gia wold be very sweet!

Daria was my first thought, sort of like Darlene and Maria together.
Marley perhaps? It puts the middle of Darlene into Marie. You could even spell it Marlie if you want to mimic Marie.
I personally love Grant Edward, individually as well as a set with your other children. It is a strong, recognizable, but not too common name.
I agree with the previous posters that Ian itself would be a lovely way to honour the grandfathers!

My mother usually uses my name first, and I'm the younger of the two siblings. I honestly don't think it matters.
Roman Xavier is great!
I don't like the double N sound to Roman Nicholas, but since its a family name you could overlook that if needed.

Wren Magnolia would be my first choice. Willa June, Olive Matilda, and Stella Josephine are also lovely.
Francesca seems to be too much next to Gemma and Phoebe, while Pippa doesn't seem like quite...
