Of the 4, my vote goes to Dorian Zane. I have never seen Dorian on a female, so it seems masculine to me.

For Penelope I would suggest Cassandra, Gwendolyn, Eleanor, Helena, Athena, Antonia, Anastasia,
For Ivy I would suggest Hazel, Willow, Violet, Pearl, Lacey, Ava, Isis, Evelyn, Cora
I didn't realize that Hadley meant "field of heather" I quite like it. It seems more modern then Lily and Violet, but a fun name.
If you don't love any flower names maybe you can use other botanical names which will broaden the theme. Some suggestions

I like rose and Simon better. Also the only Simon i know goes by Si. Si and Wim sound fine together. Sim and Wim are too matchy in my opinion.
