@axps123 - When they were expecting Georgia their other top pick was Layla which I was totally fine with Lilla and Layla I thought it was a cute bond for them to have but Georgina feels closer to...

We see them once a month at most - we travel to see my parents and when they are available we see them too. Also Christmas and such. I guess I'm trying to figure out if it is a deal breaker. We are...

So I have been wondering about this and I am hoping you berries can help.
We are TTC baby #4 and keep a short list of potential names.
One of those names is Georgina but we have a niece named...
I agree that word names are out, which I fully understand how limiting that is (my last name is Cook).
I also agree that Cora King is too hard sounding.
I don't think Rowan works with your girls...

When I look at long list I like to think would these work as sisters or what is the over arching theme.
I think this group is your style:
Ellie, Evie, Maisie, Millie, Phoebe, Poppy,...
We have 3 DD's (names in signature) and DH and I have been tossing around ideas for a hypothetical 4th DD.
Charlotte meets all of our requirements but we would like to see what other names work so...
I'm with her!
I love Georgina Pearl and Georgina Marie

Off your list I like Penelope and Adelaide
I wouldn't use Scarlett and Margret together as the endings are too similar.
I'll suggest Genevieve, Evangeline, Emmeline, Rosalie, Rosalind
If you want to go the double barrel route a 1 syllable middle name works best Emmie Clare and Emmie Kate are both as cute as a button.
I have always love the combo of Emmeline Iris but it's...
@thomasina - I have only ever liked just Cora which is too bad because the longer versions would solve a lot of our dilemmas, they feel too much like mermaid names to me from Coral I guess? The lu...
DH and I have continued to toss around names for a hypothetical 4th girl. However we worry that the names we are liking are too similar to our daughter's names.
Names we are considering:
I love Margo and Greta! I also don't think many people would get the Margaret connection IRL. I think Ingrid, Camille and Faye would also complement this set.
We are currently considering most of the names on your list as well. Have you considered: Genevieve, Vivienne, Emmeline, or Charlotte instead of Elsie?
Update link to blog so it should work now, sorry about that. Thanks for all the lovely comments about her name!
We welcomed Tess Magnolia on October 11th at 36 weeks (hence the late announcement). She was 6 lbs 5.8 oz and 19 inches long. She joins big sisters Lilla Clare and Vivienne Grace.
Tess is one of...

@orchid_lover - Congrats!
I like Charlotte Rose Georgiana! My favorite Charlotte combo has always been Charlotte Faye.
Charlotte Faye Genevieve
Charlotte Grace Emmeline
Charlotte Rose Georgina
I think a...
Congrats! Beautiful name and perfect with your older kids as well!
Georgiana Florence Maeve and Eliza Beatrix Jane
Georgiana Florence Winter or Eliza Verity Jane (I think I like this one because it reminds me of Calamity Jane)

I am unreasonably excited about you guys getting a Georgia! Hopefully you find the perfect middle to seal the deal.
Georgiana Dagny Rose would have something for both of you. So exciting!

That's too bad about Astoria. Maybe DH will reconsider Gwendolyn and Georgia/Georgiana.
I was looking through Baby Name Wizard last night as I was walking around Barnes and Noble (gotta love...

Tess and Alice are a bit too close for me.
Clary, Rory, Ruby and Lucy are too close to Phoebe.
Saga, Sky, Maya, Raven, and Zelda seem too different in style, especially since Tess and Phoebe pair...

Astoria Constance Rose is lovely but it does make Eve stand out.
Which makes me prefer Gwendolen Astoria Lenore, then all of the girls share that princess feel and some of the familiarity is...
The only names I would consider using are Louise Clementine and Louise Ramona. With all the other names the style juxtaposition is just too much for my taste.
Names similar to Louise Clementine:...
