I voted for Genevieve Thalia, but what about Genevieve Tess? Nicknames I love for Genevieve include Neve, Nevi, Eve, and Evie.
Gah, the eternal struggle! We went with Annabel, but I still adore Annabeth so much!
Some of my favorite Annabel / Annabelle middles:

I agree with the previous poster. Penelope is far more distinctive. The Ellie's and -Ana's are an epidemic right now. Penelope is much more interesting.
Sorry for any repeats:
Cecilia and the Satellite - Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness
Evangeline - Matthew Sweet
Veronica - Elvis Costello

If you don't like Samantha and he doesn't like Silvia, then it's time to go back to the drawing board and find a name that you BOTH like.

I have an Annabel as well and Juliet/Juliette is my top name for a future girl. I really like the suggestions of Juliette Hazel Winter.

How about Fiala? It's a Czech name that means "violet," pronounced fee-AHL-uh.

I'm going to second the suggestion of Rosalie Joy. It's a stunning combo and would be a lovely way to honor your mom.

Donovan? I think Rylee, Beckett and Donovan would be a wonderful sibling-set.
For a girl, I'd use Jean as a middle name. Genevieve could also work.

I LOVE Boston and Piper! I think my faves from your list are Beckett, Rowan, and Holden.
What about Isla and Jovie?

How about focusing on middle names, using variations of Lynne and Ann?
You're not the only one who feels that way. I LOVE Imogene and vastly prefer it to Imogen. Maybe we are just ahead of the style curve :)
I like Jules, Jet, or Lettie.
I know I'm in the minority, but I'm actually loving Imogene at the moment. Imogen is nice, but whenever I hear it all I can hear is "imagine" and I'm afraid that's what it would always be mistaken...
