I like the idea that @hydra suggested--just think about getting to a part that you WANT to write, so you can push through the parts that are harder.

Also, Blake and Quinn from Full Tilt by Neil Shusterman. I'm not going to spoil anything, but I'd recommend the book solely for the character development (though it's a good book all around).

I voted for conversation and characters. I'm also planning to have kids someday, but I don't think that counts as a reason for me because half the names I like are Not For Real People, Ever. ;)

The reason I'm interested in so many recipes that I wouldn't personally like is this: I want to work in the kitchen of a large, institutional setting someday--like a nursing home or a school....
