I think you hit it on the head with the stress thing. I am definitely more stressed this time around, things have been really crazy for us since Corey was laid off in April/May - he's...

I like Altair! Feels somehow more balanced than some of your other picks.
You sound a bit like my husband and I, I tend to love uncommon nature names & Corey likes...

Pearl January 2/10, I don't like the flow, it seems harsh & cold. What about Perlita Juno?
Juniper Gray 4/10, this flows way better & I love Juniper, but I don't like Gray & I'm finding it too...

I really like it as a nn for Inara, but my husband didn't like that as much as Indira.
I would use India - I really think its unlikely to offend anyone IRL. I would have used it if I could have...

With my first daughter my period came back right away (2-3 weeks after delivery), it was a little sporadic for the first couple months but by 6 months it was totally regular. And I was breastfeeding...

I still haven't got mine at all, and its been nearly 9 months. Should I be concerned? I am breastfeeding, but I work as well so I spend long stretches of time away from my kids (and while I'm gone...

It depends on my mood! But typically I don't like names that are "too much of a mouthful" like Wilhelmina or something or names that are unimaginative and have no flavour/personality.

I dreamed we named our second daughter Elowen, but as much as I love it and I totally put a lot of stock in dreams being meaningful I couldn't convince Corey to go with it. Maybe for the next one!

I love both! I prefer Morwenna slightly more but both are wonderful.

My suggestion is just to be persistent & to try different bottles.
Also, giving expressed breastmilk at first makes an easier transition to the bottle, even if you're planning to switch to formula...
It works, and it is way better than using Persephone, if you ask me.

I don't think you've fully thought through the expense & challenges of adopting, especially as a singleton & ESPECIALLY at such a young age. I think you are making a mistake, to be honest. There is...

Oops. I must be losing it. I didn't even think about them starting with the same letter. I hate that, actually. Haha, I was just thinking I might have gone over the line with the repetitive sounds &...

Good to know!
We bought the Contours Options LT Tandem stroller. It has its pros & cons - I didn't want a double with both seats side-by-side because I thought that would be too wide to be functional & I didn't...
I have a friend who couldn't decide between Nicole or Dakoda/Dakota for her daughter... and ended up going with Nicoda. NMS but I don't think its too bad. I guess it's more of a smoosh name than...

I like the repetitive sounds of Esparanza Hazel & Elowen Willow! But it might be a bit much I suppose. @ Saracita00 gets it.
I'm not pregnant or anything so this is all in theory, but my maternal...

@ Stefanoelle - Love Jarita! How do you pronounce it? Is it Ja-rEEta? Or JA-r(ih)ita.
I can see it working for either gender - I think I'd prefer it for a girl, since the Zee sound is a little cutesy & the -ith reminds me of Edith & Judith etc. I love the meaning of it. And nn Zee?...

I really think the french thing is a bit trendy right now & I have seen lots of people romanticizing France & french names lately. I think your choice is impractical in North America, but if you...

I'm all about the A names too. Trying to expand these days but I always come back to the As.

Isabella, of course

@ Sorceress, Corey loves Onyx! I can't get on board with it (even though I'm a bit of a geology nerd) cause of the Pokemon. :( He would probably like Cosmo, but I would forever think of Cosmo Kramer...

Also, I just added Rudyard to my boys' list (to be considered for a middle name place).
For those of you won don't know, I will probably use 2 middles for boys - 1 nature name & one that is...
