I like the punchiness of Reid in the middle... similiarly:
I voted John Mackenzie because I like the nn option of Jonny Mac ;-)
I also like John Ryan, flows just fine, especially if you have a long surname, plus the adorable nn JR.
Mia is a classic, so I'd eliminate trendy choices: Finn and Asher.
I'd also eliminate Top 40 names (nothing wrong with them, but you have a huge list, so why not cross off names he's bound to...
I love Bram. Great to see it being used!
Bram, Erik & Clive
Bram, Erik & Wells
Bram, Erik & Viggo
Bram, Erik & Roux
I think it's the Oooo sound repeating that makes it not an optimal pair. How about:

I love Anika Eve with Xander. Both futuristic names with ties to classics. I don't think you need to worry about any repeating AN sounds.
I agree with PP that there is something a bit less feminine about it. Florina is audaciously feminine and elaborate and Emanuelle just doesn't have that. I know an adult Emmanuelle who goes by Manu...
Emory Winter James is my vote, although I do feel like both names are a bit 'girly' right now with the Em- and El- names being so hot for girls. Nothing wrong with giving your son a name that will be...
I think a boy Quinn goes quite fine with sisters Maeve and Rose. A girl Quinn, however, would seem a bit too modern. I do like the suggestions of Quinton or Quentin and call him Quinn, but I also...

It's beautiful. Great choice and I love the meaning behind it.
I like the above suggestions of Olivia Kate or Cecilia Kate. The trend of 'ee-a' endings and three+ syllables. I think my favourite is:

I have to agree - I think it sounds like Oliver said in a British accent. With Olivia being so popular, I think it's an unnecessarily difficult choice for your child. Pick something unique that...
I think the Duchess has elevated Catherine, which was already a beautiful classic, into a new level of class and elegance, so that was my vote. Elizabeth is a still a bit too plain and Charlotte is...
I voted Alexander, but Henry also goes well. I like Alexander because it's a long classic name with many nn options, like your girls have. I also have a soft spot for Leo, but it feels a bit...
How about Genevieve to get to Genny? I like Natalie and Abigail with your boys too.

I like Miles better with sister Annabel. Atticus has a different feel. I know a little Atticus and it is darling on him, but I think Miles will age better.
Spencer Carey sounds a bit too Old Hollywood to me (Spencer Tracey and Cary Grant) plus it's two names that look like surnames. I like the balance of Spencer Gabriel better.
How do you say Rorke? Ro - ark? Ror - key? I tried to look it up and it says it's Irish in origin?
I love Oskar, I think it is familiar enough for anyone to pronounce. Ozzy is super cute. But...

I love Bea. Either Bea Celeste or Bea Callista.
Other B names:

Oooh... I like many of your choices, but Callista and Delilah really stand out with Madelyn and Genevieve.

I love Samuel with the sibset. They have beautiful names. I think Samuel fits well with classic Alexander. Madelyn and Genevieve are a bit less classic (but still great) so I...
I think it works for a boy. I like how it looks more than how it sounds. Soyer isn't as appealing. I know two baby girl Sawyers and one baby boy Sawyer, so I do think it'll get used more and more for...
I love Maisie, but I think a longer form for adulthood is a good idea, especially if it could honour an aunt. Margaret nn Maisie is wonderful.
Could it fit a spunky, active little girl? Absolutely.
Do you think it will age well? Indeed. I can picture an Audrey at any age, and actually know Audreys of every age.
Do you find it easy to say...
Do you like Edward? Edmund is a bit more stuffy. You could go with any Ed-name. Edwin, Edgar, Edan, Edmond, Edson, Eddison... I love the nn Teddy!!
It might just be where I am, but I had 4 Theos...
