Hey. Here are a few ideas for you to consider...

My own favourites from this list are Isabeau, Luna, Hermione, Juniper, Urania, Artemisia, Ulyssia, Dew, Cleo & Cleopatra.
I'm really no fan of matching names for twins as I feel that twins are destined to share most things with their 'other half' so it'd be good to give them their very own name that is theirs and only...
I think that both Iris Alexandra & Iris Matilda are lovely and they both fit beautifully with big brother Henry George.
Other ideas you might like to consider...
Linden Rose has a great flow to it so it got my vote. Linden Rose is sweet.
I've always loved Eva myself - sweet, simple, strong & sophisticated.
Amethyst -- A little on the quirky side of things, but it's nice and I think it usable.
Lavender -- Fits in well with all the florals.
Alba Moon -- Sweet.
Harmonia -- If Harmony works, this can...
Runa is gorgeous, I love it. Bonus with the nickname Rue which I adore. I do prefer Rune for a boy myself, but Runa is brilliant.
I think Abel, Olive & Runa work really well together too.
Corinthea Briar is gorgeous! I prefer Cora to Thea for nickname, however, Thea is very nice.
I think Patrick fits in better with your other favourites. I think Charlie would fit in well too, though the fuller Charles feels a little more archaic and heavy than the others on your list.

I think Ragnar, Apollos & Dax would work really well with your sibset, though Dax may perhaps be a little too close to D a i s y (I do like that it's short and three letters like E v e though, which...

I think that Zuzu could definitely work for Susanna spelled with an S rather than a Z. I really don't think nicknames need to be directly and obviously related to the full name as such. I do prefer...
Juniper Maebry & Rafferty Wilder
I love Cobalt at the moment and Cerulean's nice too. Also Catalina, Alice, Beau, Iris, Capri, Sky, Maya, Tiffany & Celeste are all shades of blue if you want something a little more subtle.
Ariadne Cosima Isolde & Caius Averil Casimir
I think it works well enough either way. I'm not big on the name myself, though I do prefer to see Morgan on a boy and Morgana (which I like a lot) for a girl.
Gaia Jessamine & Théo Gideon
Ophelia Penelope & Oscar Hugo
Finn & Archer sound brilliant together, and Archer Everett makes for a really nice combo.
Between Lula & Asa, definitely Lula; if Lula & Ada = Ada!
Both Lula Marit(e) & Lula Ingrid are nice, though I prefer the latter as it offers a nice contrast, between the very light and sweet Lula...
I think Liesel is lovely - she's both sweet and strong. I also like Anneliese with the nickname of Liesel...
Just a few combos off the top of my head...

I like Junia & Cassia a lot, but I had to vote Rue - she has a straightforward pronunciation, is simple without being overly common, and is sweet yet has a great dash of zest. I don't think Rue needs...
I think Sullivan & Shawn work best with Warren (as well as the girl's names). If it came down to a vote between the three for you, it'd be Shawn.
Other ideas based on the style of Warren, Shawn...
I have a massive soft spot for Arrow - I adore it. I too love the symbolism. I'm a little unsure of using it myself, though I'm not entirely sure just why... I love to see it used though.
I am not...

I like Thomasina, Georgiana & Theodora.

Ada Miriam got my vote. It has a great classiness to it that I like, and has a slightly vintage feel without being 'dated'. Miriam is the most unexpected middle in your list too, and I like that.
