With Willa and Maxine?
I am not sure if I love it yet, but I love that it's a name you hardly ever hear anymore!

As an aside...do ya'll pronounce Eliza with a hard 'E' sound, like Ee-Liza, or more relaxed, like ah/uh-liza?

One thing I love about all these posts is how well you can catch our style. you know all of the things I'm thinking without even having to say it (and that most people say I'm crazy for). Rosemary...

Wow....thank you so much everyone for the responses. This has been so so incredibly helpful. So many of these suggestions are simply perfect. Thank you, Nameberry Ninjas! You are the best!
I much prefer Josie. What about Josephine Charlotte and just call her Josie?

I love Quinn, and love that it has a "Q" in it (I love names with the obscure letters in them), but it is a bit too popular for my taste. I know quite a few Quinns around here.

We found out that we are expecting our third girl. Yay!
Our daughters are Willa Capri and Maxine Winter. I am having a really hard time finding something that fits with these names, since Willa...
They both are so beautiful, you can't go wrong with with either. Rosetta is a pretty "Rose" option, too. I think if it were my child, I would go with Rosalie.

Wow! Love so many of these names, especially Florence, Olive, Zara, Carmen, and Claudette. I love all the "ette" names! +9

My daughters are Willa and Maxine. I'm having a hard time thinking of something that goes well with their names. We like Sylvie, Juliet, and Hazel, but we can't get our list much longer because...
Something that is unique, maybe with a little bit if spunk? Our last name is one syllable and begins and ends in S, so the middle name can't be too heavy on the Ss.
Bonus points if it is nature...

As a little sister to Willa Capri? And why?
June 29th, 2013, 01:34 AM
Yes. My sister in law told me today that it was hideous.
Then, she told MIL/FIL that we liked Harvey and they both mentioned how ugly it was, reminded them of Harvey Dent/Harley Davidson, whatever.

Harvey Lawrence ???
Our DD is Willa Capri and we are having a horrifically hard time coming up with a name for baby brother. As of now, Harvey is our first choice.
We would like to use Lawrence...

We are most likely naming DS Rory Joseph Dean. We had to stay away from middle names that had Rs in them...at first we were just going with rory dean, but then threw in joseph to honor a family...
Wow I love these suggestions.
Especially harrison/harry! So cute.
I am thinking kind of something quirky and spunky (or a boy version of spunky) for the middle. My daughter's middle name is Capri...
What name would you pair with Willa?
I love Truman, but can't come up with a mn and it is the ONLY name I am loving right now. I would love some suggestions!
Sidenote: no names that start with s
My daughter's name is Willa Capri.
We chose Capri because it reminded us of the incredible blue waters around the Italian Isle of Capri, and it flows so nicely.
It might suit your taste, too!
