I think Sander is much better with sister Olive. I think Anders can definitely be a nn, I doubt anyone would call him Sandy as Sander is short enough and Sandy is no in fashion.
I vote that you stick with Finn Jeffrey Murphy. You wont be using his mn much and Finn Murphy sounds good.

I think Henry Duke is a nice name. It has a nice balance of classic and unexpected. I especially like a more classic fn with a more unique middle, go for it!
I like Ross, its a nice simple name that could work on any personality.

Hugo reminds me of the boy from the movie titled Hugo. An inventor who is always tinkering and figuring out how things work. He loves math and science and really excels in those subjects in school....
