Silhouette seems a little odd to me, just because the meaning isn't something that seems like a name-y meaning, but it has a nice sound. Maybe as a middle name?

Cecelia Imogen Bree! I love Cecelia as well.
My favorites with Frederick are Beatrix and Eleanor- they're both lovely names as well!

Briny sounds most logical, but I like Nony and Nini better and both make sense.

As a middle name, I think it could work fine and would be a great namesake. A first name would be a bit dicy, though.

Lucina seems most intuitive, then Lucinda, then Lucienne. My personal favorite is Lucinda.

Everly is the only proper spelling. Everleigh is next best, but still not correct. Please don't try to be extra-creative with spelling the name, it will just be a hassle for your daughter.

When I say it, I hear Emmanuelora. As long as you aren't going to be calling her Emmanuelle Elora I don't think it really matters, and you should just use names you love, but if it was me I would add...
