I much prefer Hazel. It's a lovely name. Acadia is really "meh" to me. I don't like it, and it kind of makes me think "arcade." I like Acacia more than Acadia.

I dislike Evangeline a lot because I think "evangelical" when I hear the name. I don't think "southern" per se when I hear it, but I wouldn't use it.
Emmeline is a nice alternative that sounds...

It's definitely a boys' name to me. It doesn't sound good on a girl at all, in my opinion.

Of the choices you've listed, I definitely like Juliana Rose the best. Juliana goes well with William.

I like Margot the best, followed by Margo. The x-ending spellings don't look right to me.
I, too, think Celesta sounds like a prescription medication. I like Celeste MUCH better than Celesta.
Celestia isn't my thing, but I do like it better than Celesta.

I like Layla Vienne, even if Layla is a bit popular. The name flows well, and I prefer Vienne in the middle spot to its being a first name. :)
