I think when using nn Evie and Addie, the names are not too close and I actually like them together. I would go with Adelaide as the full name though, it sounds lovely next to Evelyn.
I like Isobel or Isabel best. Agree that it is the less frilly option.
Georgia Pearl sounds perfect! And I LOVE Archer! Not long to go now, good luck!
Willa Violet is perfect! Very pretty and lovely with your other girls!
When I hear Bailey, I hear a sweet boys name.
I love Audrey too... And I agree, change the name now before it's too late. The name will grow on your MiL as she gets to know her new granddaughter. All the best!

I would go with Mary. I love using older more meaningful names for the middle spot. You could always honor MIL or FIL if you had another baby.
Btw... Eloise is very pretty. Good luck!
Nora... Definitely! Lovely sibset, Elise and Nora :)
Lila, Scarlett and Nora are my faves from you list. Also Charlotte.
I also love the suggestions of Greta and Audrey.
I voted Ivy Elizabeth Kate. Although if I was to make a suggestion from your sig, id use Ivy Eleanor Kate.
Btw, I love Ivy and it sounds great with your surname. Good luck!

Prefer Annabel but voted Annabella. Very pretty and seems more established than similar and also pretty Arabella.
My first thought with Cami was Alli... Perhaps Alexis or Alexa.
I also like the suggestion above, Sydney. Cameron and Sydney, or Cami and Syd.
Good luck :)
I voted Ivy! Much prefer over popular Sophie.
Ivy Annabel or Ivy Anneliese
Zara by a mile... Love it.
Ivy Isobel.... Lovely! Love the Isobel spelling too.
I am still struggling with naming our twin girls. I would love you to vote and if possible comment on your thoughts. I am also open to other suggestions.
Note I am not sure...
Ruby is gorgeous with your sibset!

It doesn't bother me at all .... and to me, meanings being similar/same is entirely different to the sound being similar (eg Dave Davison). I think it's actually sweet that the meanings are the same...

I love Lila way more than Lucy. I guess because i grew up with many Lucys so I find it a bit dull. Luciana is nice, as is Lucia... But I still strongly prefer Lila and it goes nicely with Serafina....

I like Lucy and Annabel best.

I have always liked this name, but agree it feels dated, quite 80s/90s where I'm from. I would never use it for that reason.
To the pp who mentioned Jem and the Holograms... Hehe I loved that...
My faves from your list are
1. Milla Kate (LOVE!)
2. Aria Kate (Love Aria, don't mind it with Kate)
3. Harper Elle (Love Harper although much prefer Kate to Elle as a middle name next to Harper......
I prefer Evangeline! I do not thnk it's an issue that 2 siblings will have the same initials... Evangeline sounds great with your other children's names IMO. And Eva is an obvious nickname wich also...
