Maybe because it's traditionally a boy name? Many people seem to be against gender-bending names.
Scarlett and Delaney are my favorites. I voted for Delaney because I like that it continues the surname name theme (Emerson and Delaney) and sounds better with your last name.

Selene ("moon goddess")
Maris ("of the sea")
Nerida ("sea nymph", "mermaid")
Ronan ("little seal")
Ronan has been growing on me lately, though.
I prefer Indie Rose Clementine, but I'm biased, Clementine is my #1 favorite. Honestly, I think both combinations are gorgeous.

Stellan James is dashing! I love all your children's names. Congratulations!
I'm not completely sure about Sybil, too. I love the sound and look of it, but it feels very cold, like steel, while other names I like tend to give warm and happy/cheerful vibes. These associations...
Congratulations! Audrey Juliet Sophia is a wonderful name.
Adeline Anne is a bit of a mouthful, others work great. Adeline Kate is my favorite.
I adore panna cotta. I can't help but order it every time I'm in a restaurant and they have it, even though I've promised myself to try new foods whenever possible. I often make it at home, too.

I too thought of the musician, but I don't think it would be a problem. He really is a great namesake. I much prefer Charlie Pierce, though, or even Charlie Philip. Not fond of Parker.

Your taste really seems to be all over the place (and I think it's cool), so I'm going to write everything that comes to mind and hope you'll find something you like.
Names that make me picture a princess:
Genevieve, Aurora, Seraphina, Isabella, Vivienne, Emmeline, Eulalia, Octavia, Arabella, Sophronia, Evangeline, Odette, Giselle, Georgiana, Raphaela,...
The Fox and the Hound is my #1. I might be overthinking it, but I'm convinced most people don't realize what this story is about. Runners-up,
Alice in Wonderland

I love a lot of names that most people see as extremely clunky (Esther, Ursula/Ursuline, Helga; Cornelius, Hansel, Siegfried, Oswald) and some of these 'crazy' word/problematic/aggressive names...
How do you pronounce Bergenia? I've never heard it before.
I adore Sunniva, it's such an underused gem of a name (I hope it stays underused, though, lol). It's so distinctive, but not complicated, and its meaning is wonderful. I never thought of nicknames...
I like Harvey, mainly for the Harvey Milk reference. I picture a handsome blond boy, quiet, but very friendly. Harvey is actually very much in style in England right now and on the rise in the US,...
