we are going with reed. i love the botanical reference and the fact it is associated with water. just works best w/ the names we already have in use.
either way, it's a strong and classy name. :)

lee is my FIL's name, and we already dedicated a mn to him. as for using lucas or luke, i really think it would be far too confusing.

I love reed and just added it to my short list! Love the meaning and the natural connotation!
Just stumbled on reed and it's dang near perfect. I've intuited tht this baby has red hair and reed means red-haired! Coupled with the fact it's a water plant, it's on point!
we are waiting to find out our baby's sex, but i am nearly positive it's a boy.
we have chosen the middle name stanley to honor my father. we could potentially use the mn albin, as it is my dad's...
i believe rory has some redheaded connotation and you can always use rowan (means little redhead, tho yours isn't so little, lol.) my redhead daughter is called rowan...and it sounds great with fox!

i love archer and am considering it for our baby, that i'm fairly certain is a boy, this december, being that the symbol for sagitarrius is the archer! trying to get hubs on board, as well.

yah tom curren is a great surfer! there is also a skateboarder, currently (ha), whose name is curren colby or something to that effect. :) i love the california radness of it!

:) i have a lennox tho she's a girl. her twin is called rowan and that is also a type of tree...something to consider, tho it is the same end sound...not sure that matters.
oakley is different, but i love any nature sounding names.

i have a pearl frances and a marin elizabeth so those are awesome choices. when i saw the other girls' names you have chosen i though penelope even though linnea and clementine are botanical...
