He is a pretty famous chef, not just a guy on a reality tv show.
Graham Elliott Cook could have the potential to be teased for his name.
If your last name was anything besides Cook...

Yes, I would expect it would be something exotic.
Nadia, Tatiana, Olena, Irini, Katia, Ksenia?

Louisa - Louisa and Oliver make a great sibset! Nicknames Ollie and Lou would be adorable!
Ruby - Oliver and Ruby as a sibset sounds so British. They go together really well. So maybe this...

August is one of my faves!
If I had an August I would choose one of these names for the middle:
Xavier - emphasis on the X, and not with a Z sound
You probably want a classic name that isn't boring or an antique name ready for restoration.
Here are names that are familiar, but not too common:
Juliet, Juliette, Julianna, Julianne, Julia...
Adelaide or Ava - Adelaide is lovely, but I prefer short and sweet names. Also the "laid" part of Adelaide kind of bugs me
Caroline or Corinne - Is it Coreen or Cor-rin? Is it spelled with 2 Rs or...

Too about about Julia and Lennon :(
Lennon is growing on me as a girl's name. Major Beatles reference with that one too. <3

So, I love Ella...but Ella Rue reminds me of a cartoon elephant.
Don't hate me! I googled it and there was a Wuzzle named Ellaroo. It might be before your time. We are probably from a different...
Cass as a full name? Cassie would work too.
Here are some nicknamey names with double letters:
Faye is one of my faves!
I prefer Edie, but Junie is a darling nickname as well.
Since it is July, I think the name June would be a bit odd.
My pick is Ediff. :) I love vintage names too. Faye...
Oooh Vetta is interesting! I like that!

I would change my vote to Ella, if she were back as an option. :)
Eleanor works better, obviously, but Ella fits the shorter name theme. I am not a fan of Eleanor, but Ella is sweet.
Tessa just doesn't seem like a nickname for Theresa. What if people call your Theresa, Terrie instead? Tessa is a name on it's own. Tess could work as a nickname for Theresa, I suppose, but if you...
I quite like Helena Margaret. Pronounced with the ending layna NOT with the beginning like Helen. Helen-a Margaret sounds all right too, I suppose.
Greta Jane sounds great! Margaret Jane sounds a...
I voted for Paxton Brady because
1. I dislike the alliteration of Bryson Blaine and
2. Blaine and Blake sound too similar
Paxton isn't really my style. I do like Kellen, though.
Oh, I love Bram! It doesn't work with the last name or sibset though. My vote goes to Bastian.

Lots of great suggestions! Expanding Beau or Xander would be better.
Beau Elias is a great combo though. (Suggested by dinosaursroar.)
You probably have a lot to think about already, but if you...
Isabel is a form of Elizabeth, so I would stay away from that one...
The L ending theme might difficult to continue. Do they go by Abby and Izzy?
Penelope nn Penny
Ginevra or Virginia nn Ginny
Margaret or Magnolia nn Maggie
Madeline nn Maddie...

Keeping with your theme, Penny sounds best. The colour thing with Ruby bugs me.

It hasn't received many votes, but Lev Augusten is totally my style! I love it!
Atticus is my fave.
How about Drake instead of Blake or Dracula?

Our tastes are very different, but I have always had a soft spot for poor Pandora.
Sending lots of baby dust your way! I have been ttc for quite some time, and it may never happen, but I love names...
