Violet: Has a beautiful, slightly exotic sound and makes me think of the very pretty flowers. 8/10
Maeve: GORGEOUS. I like Mae, but this has a bit of edge and twist on it, while still soft in sound....
Just using the ones from my signature:
Robert: Robbie or Bobby or Robin--I like some things about all three, but I still like plain Robert best.

Adelina Sophia is absolutely gorgeous, a noble, classic "princess" sort of name without trying to hard. Beatrice Adeline is even lovelier. (Can you tell I like the name Adeline a lot?!) I also like...
I would be a bit leery of using a word from a tribal language as a name if you're not part of that tribe. The reason why stuff like mountains and temples are named relatively random but...

1) ...is the most unusual? Eulalia. It was my wonderful great-grandmother's name and actually had a spurt of semi-popularity around the time she was born (1895), but fell off the charts soon after...
1. Tiffany. I know it's dated and also somewhat trashy, but I think it sounds beautiful and I love it. It's probably my biggest and guiltiest guilty pleasure name. Also, there's the wonderful Tiffany...

I personally find Holden pretentious, so Salinger is just taking that up to eleven. Seconding @southern.maple as well.

@nooshi looks like we responded at the same time!
Say: Hi, everybody! What a nice big family.
Think: all these names feel like something out of some quirky mid-century children's novel, and...
Say: Hi, boys!
Think: Leo and Noah are both lovely and popular for good reason. Willow is also beautiful and offbeat while still recognizable. Richarda is absolutely hideous, not to mention...

I love Charlotte, and Caroline, and Claudia and Louise. Josephine is growing on me. I love Ellery, and I quite like Harper, Harley/Marley, Harlow/Marlowe, and Haley. I also like Avery on a girl,...
I really love Kathleen, and Kit and Flori are an adorable set of sisters. So that is my top choice.
Comments on the others, with my faves bolded
Juliette--As a Julia, this name feels like an...
I am so in love with Betsy that that automatically gets my vote, especially when it comes from the softer Elisabeth as opposed to Elizabeth, which in my ears is rather harsh. Jane is also classic and...

I love Harriet/Hattie with your other girls. (I'm actually with your husband and Fern is my favorite of those names, but it works less well with the siblings and if you don't like it than that's...
Esther Holly is the prettiest of the Esther combos, but on second thought, it sounds kind of like Easter Holly. The others also have an Easter Ruby and Easter Jewels situation. I actually think all...
I love Ava and Ruby together. Ava Claire and Ruby Marie would be perfect, in my opinion.
Rose--beautiful, romantic, simple choice. Overused as a middle name, still fresh as a first. To me, better than any of its rarefied relatives like Rosalie or Rosalind.
I like Evander, Ronan, and Sawyer. I LOVE Sander (although the Game of Thrones fan in me thinks Sandor looks and sounds slightly better) and Alaric.
I think it's the celery thing. I love the name, though, especially on a girl.

Aurelius--way over the top, sorry.
Avery--I love it, but it's a little sing-songy with Romilly. Not terrible, though.
Beau--really cute, if a little nickname-y.
Bodhi--don't use it if you're not...
She wants a Biblical name that's not routine but not unfamiliar. He wants a name that speaks to his love of nature.
